Every Sunday morning neighbors in the Forest Estate Neighborhood gather together for a free guided meditation and cacao circle (meditation and cacao provided by me and www.flykakao.com). All are welcome!

What to bring:

-a mug

-a journal

-a pen

-and anything you may need to sit comfortably for 30+ minutes
